Sustainability is an ever-increasing focus at Gern. So when you order your mirrors and mirror doors from us, you can be sure that the end product always – also – contains recycled glass.

Production reduces material waste

Material waste from production must be reduced – and as much as possible recycled, not just buried. We have been very successful in recycling the discarded mirrors into glass wool and paint, among other things.

Although we already use recycled glass in all our mirror productions, we are constantly working to break things down even further into individual materials that we can recycle.
